Moxibustion
In moxibustion warm - using moxa - an acupuncture point and heat to penetrate through the skin. The term originates from the moxa would Mogusa Japanese word that refers to a variety of sagebrush, the plant with which the moxa are usually made. Sticks (or cigars).
They are made with chopped wormwood, shaped into sticks or rolled in paper. They may also contain other drugs. The therapeutic effects
The technique may be used alone or combined treatment by acupuncture needles. It is the oldest form of therapy in China.
